1.Understand the requirements in number of positions in detail

2.Vendors onboarding and management

3.Posting in recruiting applications and social sites.

4.Maintaining ATS system.

5.Screening and shortlisting the profiles.

6.Scheduling various rounds of interview required.

7.Salary negotiations

8.Conducting background verifications and validating the documents.

9.Issuing offer letter

10.Maintaining best human relations

11.Ensuring candidate onboarding on time.

Skills required:

1.Having 2+years of experience in IT recruitment

2.Proven track record of positions closure in earlier organisations.

3.Good comprehension and paying attention to the details.

4.Valuable communication skills

5.Challenging personality in meeting monthly targets

6.Positive attitude and enthusiasm

7.Pleasing personality
