Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and medical professionals, explaining our medical equipment and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

The primary objective is simple: MAKE CALLS → FOLLOW UP → CLOSE THE DEAL.

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound sales calls to doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and existing customers.
- Generate new sales enquiries through telecalling and follow-up.
- Explain and promote our medical and biomedical equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and pending quotations.




- Negotiate with customers within company-approved pricing and terms.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Build good relationships with doctors and hospital purchasing teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on pending payments wherever required.
- Provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.
