Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technician and bulk hiring requirements.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate mobilisation.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies for sourcing and fulfilment of hiring requirements.
- Participate as an interview panel member during recruitment drives.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined job requirements.
- Manage candidate documentation, verification, and recruitment records.
- Coordinate offers, medicals, visa processing, and joining formalities.
- Track candidate status from sourcing through onboarding and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
- Monitor agency performance, hiring targets, joining ratios, and recruitment turnaround time.
