Role & responsibilities

Lead project planning and scheduling activities for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects, #MivanShuttering and Minimum 25 floor work exp.

Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using MS Project and other planning tools.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and PMC teams to ensure timely project execution.

Prepare project progress reports, S-curves, resource histograms, and cash flow projections.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations.

Monitor cost control, billing schedules, and resource allocation for effective project delivery.

Identify risks and delays, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.





Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for planning-related matters.

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methodology, and execution planning for high-rise, residential, and commercial projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (preferred)

Expertise in Planning & Scheduling, Project Monitoring, Cost & Resource Management

Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

Solid knowledge of construction industry standards and PMC practices
