Job Description

Agvito Pharmaceutical Company is seeking an experienced Junior Accountant with 1 to 2 years of practical experience in Accounts, GST, Taxation, and Tally Prime. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with GST, taxation, and export-related accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting data entry and maintenance in Tally Prime
- Sales and purchase invoice entry, checking, and verification
- Bank entries and Bank Realization Certificate (BRC)

- Preparation and maintenance of data for GST
- Handling basic GST and taxation-related work
- Maintaining proper accounting records, ledgers, files, and documentation
- Supporting export billing and export-related accounting documentation
- Assisting with Bank Realization Certificates (BRC) and export payment realization records
- Assisting the senior accountant with monthly and periodic closing activities
- Maintaining accurate records of receivables and payables
- Routine accounting and office coordination tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance preferred
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts – Mandatory
- Robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime – Mandatory
- Working knowledge of GST and Taxation – Mandatory
- Knowledge of Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) – Preferred
- Good understanding of accounting princi
