Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and expand the company's market presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key clients, achieving sales targets, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and other business channels.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations,



quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and sales targets.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
- Manage the complete sales/business development cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, quotations, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and other departments wherever required.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support long-term business relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administ
