Kiti Locks is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who can handle inbound leads, customer follow-ups, quotations, B2B sales, and dealer development.

The candidate will be responsible for converting leads received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels into business while maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to recent IndiaMART inquiries.
- Contact new leads through WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Follow up regularly with pending leads and quotations.
- Understand customer requirements and required quantities.
- Share catalogs, price lists, product photos and videos.
- Maintain accurate lead/customer records.
- Update lead status from New Contacted Interested Quotation Won/Lost.
- Generate and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Develop new B2B customers and dealers.
- Contact modular kitchen manufacturers, furniture/hardware dealers, interior designers, architects and distributors.
- Maintain a database of potential dealers and B2B customers.
- Follow up on confirmed orders,



payments and pending dispatches.
- Coordinate regarding stock availability and delivery status.
- Handle customer complaints and delayed delivery follow-ups.
- Monitor basic marketing/Meta Ads performance and identify sources generating quality leads.
- Maintain daily sales and lead activity reports.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:
- Good at communication and customer handling.
- Confident in WhatsApp and phone-based sales.
- Strong in follow-up and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Good at negotiation and relationship building.
- Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups every day.
