Figma, Sitecore XM Cloud/Personalize, Next.js/React Native, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics/Firebase Analytics, WCAG 2.1 AA

Job Description:

Design user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows and experience concepts for digital channels.

Collaborate with product, business and development teams to convert user needs into usable designs.

Technical Skills Summary:

Wireframing/prototyping tools; UX patterns for Next.js web, React Native mobile, Sitecore content, CRM journeys and personalization.

Functional Skills Summary:

User journey design, interaction flows, prototype preparation, usability inputs and design handoff to development teams.

Soft Skills Summary:

User empathy, creativity, collaboration, visual communication and iterative feedback handling.
