Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Counsellor to guide prospective students, handle enquiries, conduct counselling sessions, and support the admission process from enquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate and follow up on leads.
- Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational background, career interests, and requirements.
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and provide appropriate course/program guidance.
- Explain courses, eligibility, fees, curriculum, career opportunities, and other relevant information.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrolment process, including documentation and fee-related coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, counselling sessions, follow-ups, leads, and admissions in the CRM/system.




- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
- Generate new leads through calling and effective follow-up activities.
- Meet and consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly counselling and admission targets.
- Track individual performance against assigned targets and take corrective action where required.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents to improve conversion and admissions.
- Participate in admission drives, events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare regular reports on calls made, leads contacted, counselling sessions, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
