NBFC Accounts & Compliance ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are a Chartered Accountancy firm looking for an Accounts & Compliance Executive to handle the accounting, documentation and regulatory compliance requirements of our NBFC clients.

The primary responsibility of this position will be NBFC-related compliance, record maintenance and regulatory filings, while accounting, TDS and other routine tax-related work will form part of the supporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

NBFC Compliance & Regulatory Work – Primary Responsibility
- Maintain complete and up-to-date records and documentation of NBFC clients.
- Maintain and regularly update loan agreements, sanction letters, KYC documents, loan files and other related records.
- Prepare, maintain and track RBI/NBFC regulatory filings and returns.
- Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely submission of applicable returns and filings.
- Monitor applicable RBI notifications, circulars and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and supporting documents required for NBFC compliance.




- Assist in preparation of information and documents required for RBI inspections, statutory audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, management and other professionals for timely completion of compliance requirements.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, data and information.
- Ensure proper physical and digital filing and easy retrieval of NBFC records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Qualified CA.
- Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates having experience in NBFC accounts, RBI compliance or NBFC regulatory filings will be given preference.
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
- Working knowledge of TDS, GST and Income Tax.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally or other accounting software preferred.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
