Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations & Ads Executive to manage Marketplace Ads, PO & order operations, inventory, and customer reviews/ratings across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Nykaa, Purplle, and Myntra.

Key Responsibilities
- Run, manage, and optimize Marketplace Ads across Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Manage budgets, keywords, bids, ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Handle PO processing, order tracking, dispatch, shipments, RTOs, and marketplace SLAs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, courier, accounts, and marketplace teams.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback across marketplaces.
- Track negative reviews and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Manage marketplace inventory, listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Prepare MIS reports for sales, ads, inventory, and marketplace operations.




- Work on EasyEcom / OMS / ERP for order and inventory management.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace/E-commerce Operations & Ads.
- Experience running Marketplace Ads is mandatory/preferred, especially Amazon/Flipkart/Quick Commerce.
- Hands-on experience managing POs, orders, inventory, and marketplace operations.
- Experience handling reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Solid understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and marketplace performance metrics.
- Experience with EasyEcom, Unicommerce, OMS/ERP is preferred.
- D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, or Consumer Brand experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
