Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an analytical, strategic
Senior Lifecycle Growth Marketing Manager
to own retention, LTV, and lifecycle revenue across a portfolio of premium food brands. You will design data-driven, cross-channel customer journeys—spanning email, SMS, loyalty, and personalization—to optimize post-purchase experiences, drive repeat orders, and scale overall profitability.

Remote, Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST

Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Strategy:
Architect and execute data-driven lifecycle strategies tailored to customer behavior, segmentation, and purchase history to optimize post-acquisition journeys, drive repeat sales, and maximize LTV across all portfolio brands.
- Email Marketing:
Own the 90-day campaign calendar, strategy, and execution—balancing inventory, deliverability, and list health—while utilizing advanced segmentation to deliver personalized, revenue-driving retention and promotional campaigns.
- SMS Marketing:
Own end-to-end SMS strategy and execution by creating integrated,



compliant campaigns with optimized cadence and personalization to accelerate subscriber growth, maximize conversion rates, and minimize opt-outs.
- Customer Journey & Marketing Automation:
Build, test, and optimize high-converting, automated lifecycle flows—spanning onboarding, abandonments, winbacks, VIP, subscriptions, and retention triggers—to maximize engagement at every customer touchpoint.
- Customer Segmentation:
Develop advanced RFM and behavioral segmentation—grouping users by order history, product affinity, engagement, and churn risk—to deliver hyper-targeted, high-converting lifecycle experiences.
- Retention & Customer Growth:
Drive key retention metrics—including repeat purchase rate, AOV, LTV, and churn reduction—by designing personalized, behavior-driven customer journeys that maximize long-term account value.
- Onsite Conversion Optimization:
Partner with E-commerce to optimize lead capture, exit intent, and
