Role Definition

The Sales Engineer – Standard Products is responsible for promoting and selling our standard product portfolio by identifying recent business opportunities, developing existing customers, conducting customer visits and technical presentations, understanding application requirements, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves extensive customer interaction, relationship building, market development, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Tasks & Activities

1. Sales Conversion & Order Management
- Conduct systematic follow-ups until order closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate internally for quotation, delivery and order execution.




- Support payment follow-ups and collection activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

2. Sales & Technical Presentations
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Recommend suitable standard products based on customer applications.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations in coordination with inside sales.
- Coordinate sample trials whenever required.
- Position Arora Technologies' value proposition against competitors

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular customer visits.
- Understand customer applications and inspection requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers.
- Develop repeat business from existing customers.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns through timely coordination.

4. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new customers across assigned territory.
