Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for lateral hires, niche hires, volume hires, and technical positions through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job description.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO recruitment or non IT recruitment industry.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
