ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Fresher trainee or technician typically covers entry-level plant, production, or maintenance tasks. Compensation for freshers generally ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month depending on the trade (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Welder, etc.)
- Role: Trainee Technician / Operator / Assembler
- Qualification: ITI pass in relevant trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, Machinist, Electronics, etc.)
- Experience: 0 to 6 months (Fresher)
- Working Hours: 8 to 9 hours per shift (including rotational or general shifts)

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Assist senior operators in running and monitoring shop floor machinery or production lines.
- Assembly & Fitting: Read basic engineering drawings to assemble, fit, or align mechanical/electrical parts.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of tools and equipment.
- Quality Check:



Inspect raw materials or finished components for basic visual and dimensional defects using standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
- Safety Compliance: Follow factory safety rules, wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements & Skills
- Basic technical knowledge from your specific ITI trade curriculum.
- Ability to understand simple technical manuals, work instructions, and blueprints.
- Good manual dexterity, physical fitness, and willingness to work on the shop floor.
- Basic communication skills and punctuality.
