About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Social Media Expert to lead the development

and execution of our social media strategy, strengthen our digital presence, and drive meaningful engagement with target audiences across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives for the U.S. market.

2. Channel Management: Lead the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and X, ensuring platform-specific content and engagement.

3. Content Leadership: Oversee the development of high-quality short-form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, campaigns and other social content.

4. Team Management: Lead, mentor and manage the social media and content team, delegate responsibilities, set priorities and ensure timely delivery.

5. Trend & Audience Insights: Monitor U.S.



market trends, audience behaviour, platform updates and emerging opportunities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

6. Creator & Community Management: Lead influencer, creator and UGC initiatives while maintaining strong community engagement and consistent brand communication.

7. Performance & Analytics: Track key metrics including reach, engagement, audience growth, traffic and conversions; translate insights into actionable improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative and leadership teams and present performance insights, recommendations and campaign results to senior management.

Requirements

1. Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a related field.

2. U.S. Market Expertise: Solid understanding of U.S. audiences, social media trends, cultural nuances and digital consumer behaviour.
