Reporting & Analytics Resources Required:

1x Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Lead/Architect
- Strong experience designing and governing enterprise reporting solutions in Oracle Fusion.
- Expertise in BI Publisher report architecture, data models, integrations, security, and reporting strategy.
- Must have experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

2x Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Mid-Senior Consultants
- Extensive experience developing BI Publisher reports, templates, bursting, and data models.




- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
- Must have worked across one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules referenced in the report (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Workforce Management, Payroll, Absence Management, Advantages).

2x Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Consultants (Mid-Level)
- Experience developing OTBI analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM subject areas and reporting best practices.
- Must have worked across one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules referenced in the report.
