About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our
alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most

Your Role:
- Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to the Management team to ensure SLAs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Escalate client or staffing issues to Senior Management in a timely manner.
- Meet regularly with your Managers to review KRIs and KPIs and implement plans to mitigate risk and resource constraints.
- Review and approve the materiality of portfolio risk, with respect to unsupported cash and position differences, as part of the sign off process.
- Act as the lead person for your function and collaborate with respective leaders across the business
- Support the migration of tasks from other locations, to ensure of a seamless transition, along with the conversion or launches of any recent clients, as it relates to Loan holdings.
- Ensure the Management team are actively engaged in staff development and succession planning and that they apply effective hiring and retention st
