Role Overview

Responsible for selling electric 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicles on a monthly rental model, generating on-ground leads, and managing customer relationships end to end. The role includes post-sales coordination, rental collections, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell EV 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicles on a monthly rental model to logistics aggregators, enterprises, distribution companies,



e-commerce players, and transporters.
- Scout, identify, and generate new leads on the ground daily within assigned cities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.
- Onboard new clients and manage end-to-end relationships post-sales, including commercial coordination.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers to monitor vehicle performance, utilization, and overall experience.
- Ensure timely rental collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution of payment-related issues.
- Identify operational or technical issues reported by clients and coordinate with the service team for timely resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement, proactive issue management, and relationship building.
