Job Summary

The Data and Reporting Engineer (Operations Analytics) is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making across the organization by designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reporting, analytics, and data governance solutions for operational and supply chain performance globally. The role drives significant impact by ensuring high-quality, consistent master data, developing actionable dashboards and KPI reporting, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of scalable data and AI-enabled analytics solutions.

This position reports to the Senior Project Manager Logistics EMEA/NA and is part of the Integrated Supply Chain Management (ISCM) organization located in Bangalore, India and will be an in office role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into Supply Chain, Operations, and Master Data Management KPIs globally
- Maintain, validate, and improve data from global systems such as ERP, MES, planning tools, CRM, and CPQ to ensure accuracy,



consistency, and alignment with global data standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing cost, and improving the reliability and scalability of operational reporting
- Support the implementation of data governance processes, document best practices, and contribute to improved master data quality across global operations
Essential requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting, analytics, master data management, or operational reporting environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, including experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions
