Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Zuora Billing Consultant
with strong hands-on experience in
Zuora Billing, subscription management, Quote-to-Cash processes, integrations, and production support
.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable configuring Zuora, working with APIs and data, troubleshooting billing issues, and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain
Zuora Billing
components including products, subscriptions, rate plans, billing rules, invoices, and payments.
- Develop, support, and troubleshoot
Zuora integrations
using REST APIs, workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora Object Model.
- Support the complete
Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
lifecycle, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Analyze and resolve
production issues
related to billing, subscriptions,



invoices, payments, and integrations.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate solutions with minimal business disruption.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Zuora solutions.
- Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployments, and ongoing technical support.
