About the Role

Pharma Now is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the team in converting prospects into business.

The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, positive at communication, and interested in building a career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads through cold calling, email outreach, online research, networking, events, and other channels.
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
- Connect with prospective clients and introduce Pharma Now's products and services.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, calls, and product/service presentations.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business development documents.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and internal teams for lead generation and business development activities.
- Represent Pharma Now at events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities when required.
- Identify new market opportunities and keep track of industry and competitor activities.
- Track daily activities, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving overall company revenue goals.
