Summary:

As a member of the Business Applications Engineering team, this individual will perform administration and configuration tasks in a timely, secure, high quality, and efficient manner. You will be working with Product Owners and engineering teams as well as helping to support the end users.

What you'll do:
- Administration and support of Salesforce and related applications
- Work with Business customers to implement solutions to meet their business requirements
- Actively participate in the design, development, and deployment of salesforce applications
- Configure, document, test, and deploy system updates in compliance to established IT controls
- Ensure all work is completed with security and compliance goals at the forefront
- Automate processes and integrate disparate systems
- Performance optimization of existing salesforce applications
- Stay current on new application features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain an awareness of current system features and new technologies related to assigned applications




- Consistently evaluate opportunities to improve applications and their efficiency for the Business

What is required
- BS or BA in Business Operations, Computer Science, Information Services or related discipline preferred.
- 3+ years experience in design, testing, implementation, and documentation of Salesforce configuration changes
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification or above required
- Hands-on experience supporting Marketing Operations teams, including lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, segmentation, and marketing attribution in Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms preferred
- Ability to partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and business stakeholders to translate campaign, lead routing, scoring, and reporting needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
