Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement Group-level business development strategies and growth plans across companies and sectors.

.Identify new markets, customers, business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.

· Set and monitor company-wise and sector-wise targets, KPIs and business performance.

· Monitor and analyse sales, leads, enquiries, quotations, conversions, revenue and business pipeline.

· Consolidate business data and prepare regular management reports and performance reviews.

· Identify performance gaps, market trends, risks and growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and strategic stakeholders.

· Identify cross-selling, up-selling and cross-company business opportunities.

· Monitor major business opportunities and support teams in converting high value leads into business.

· Conduct market, industry and competitor analysis and provide actionable insights to Management.

· Coordinate with Business Heads, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to achieve Group objectives.





· Guide and monitor business development and sales teams across Group companies and sectors.

· Ensure effective use of CRM, reporting systems and business records.

· Support revenue growth, profitability, business expansion and recent venture development.

· Ensure timely implementation of Management decisions and approved business initiatives.

· Represent the Group in client meetings, business negotiations and strategic networking activities.

· Travel to Group companies, client locations and other official locations as required.
