Role Overview

Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across

RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.

The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1

(strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.





Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Segmentation & Tiering

Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.

Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rulesbased programmatic for 1:many.

Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring

Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).

Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.

Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.

Enrichment & Data Hygiene

Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts explicit a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before
