? What You’ll Do
→
Targeted Sourcing:
Leverage internal databases, external job boards, and sourcing tools to build qualified candidate pools for the
European market
.

Stakeholder Partnering:
Collaborate closely with onsite teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality talent.
→
Candidate Research:
Identify and engage relevant candidates through effective sourcing strategies.
? What We’re Looking For
✓
2–5 years of sourcing experience
, preferably in Non-IT,
high-volume, operational, or global talent delivery environments.
✓
Excellent verbal English communication skills – Non-negotiable.
✓ Strong knowledge of
Boolean search techniques
and candidate sourcing strategies.
✓ Hands-on experience with
CRM/ATS platforms, job boards, and AI sourcing tools
.
✓ Ability to work effectively with international stakeholders and deliver against recruitment targets.
