is an AEC-focused hiring and talent platform being built for the infrastructure, construction and civil engineering ecosystem. The role offers practical exposure to business building, recruitment, employer outreach, operations, marketing, research, product validation and AI-enabled workflows.

This is not a passive internship or classroom-style training program. Selected candidates will first enter a
30-Day Execution Readiness Period
, where they will work on structured assignments and be evaluated on ownership, communication, learning ability, AI/tool discipline, quality of output and improvement after feedback.

Candidates who perform well may be offered a
90-Day Paid Internship
with defined responsibilities, weekly KPIs,



close mentoring and PPO consideration based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on live business assignments with transparent weekly outcomes
- Conduct market, employer, candidate and competitor research
- Support recruitment, resume screening and candidate coordination
- Assist in employer research, lead generation and outreach tracking
- Prepare reports, trackers, dashboards, SOPs and presentations
- Support marketing, content, operations and product validation activities
- Use AI tools responsibly while applying indep
