Job Role: UG/PG Counsellor
Experience: 1–5+ Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹65,000 in-hand + incentives
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for UG and PG courses only.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in UG/PG education counselling or admissions.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.




- Good knowledge of UG/PG courses and the admission process.
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up and conversion skills.
- Proficiency English Speaker.
- Candidates with proven admission conversion records will be preferred.
