Job Summary

Rayzon Global LLP is seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager Factory Operations to lead and manage the overall manufacturing operations at our Vapi plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain coordination, statutory compliance, cost optimization, and team leadership. The candidate should possess strong expertise in manufacturing processes, factory administration, production planning, and operational excellence while driving continuous improvement and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

Lead end-to-end factory operations to ensure smooth and effective manufacturing. Develop and implement production plans to meet business targets and customer delivery schedules. Monitor daily production performance, productivity, and machine utilization.



Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Plant Management

Oversee all plant functions including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, and Administration. Ensure uninterrupted plant operations with minimum downtime. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare monthly operational reports and present key performance metrics to management.

Quality Assurance

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality and reduce rejection rates. Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality improvement.
