JOB BRIEF

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and support the sales process.

We are hiring for two positions:
- BDE – Domestic Market
- BDE – International Market

The International BDE should preferably have experience working with US, UK, or Canada markets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Generate recent business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, online research, and other lead-generation channels.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and identify suitable opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget,



and business potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and handle basic objections to move opportunities forward.
- Maintain accurate lead information, communication history, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team to understand client requirements and support the sales process.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, meeting, and business-development targets.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- Graduate in any discipline

Technical Education :- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be preferred

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience BDE :- 1–3 years

Minimum Experience :- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Business Development

International BDE :- Experience working with US/UK/Canada markets w
