The Role

We are seeking an accomplished and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts to

lead our Finance & Accounts operations. This role requires a hands-on finance professional with

deep expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and process

optimisation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the

ability to manage end-to-end financial operations while supporting strategic decision-making for

business growth.

You will need valuable inter-personal and communication skills to explain procedures, processes

and analysis to non-finance.

Your Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Financial Record Keeping - Management Accounts & Close
- Support the month-end close process - preparing journals, accruals, prepayments and

intercompany entries for review.
- Assist in producing the monthly consolidated P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow, including

first-draft variance analysis and commentary.
- Assist with elements of the group consolidation process, including intercompany

eliminations and multi-currency translation, with review from senior team members.
- Meet close timetable deadlines for your assigned areas, managing your own workload

and flagging any risks to the Senior Financial Accountant promptl
