Salary: ₹40,000–₹75,000/month + Performance Incentives

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our 14+ member sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance across online and offline channels, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a 14+ member sales team.
- Develop and implement effective offline and online sales strategies.
- Drive sales targets across multiple channels.
- Coach, train, and mentor sales team members.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance, conversion, and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support business expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations,



and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure effective execution of sales processes and maintain high team productivity.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or sales team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to manage and motivate a large sales team.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
