Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide production support for data engineering applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage for critical systems.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in application support or related field (data engineering).
- Robust understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including querying languages such as Datadog or Amazon CloudWatch.
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure; familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog or Amazon CloudWatch.
