Role & responsibilities
- Own the overall delivery strategy and governance framework for all major programs and projects across the organization
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Program/Project Managers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and best practices
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align programming roadmaps with business priorities and organizational goals
- Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and execution
- Establish and monitor key delivery metrics (timelines, budgets, quality, and outcomes), proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Build and continuously improve program management frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance delivery predictability and efficiency
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical program issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear stakeholder communication
- Foster strong collaboration across departments and functions to ensure seamless, coordinated delivery




- Drive change management and adoption of appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall) based on program needs
- Present regular program status, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile
- 12+ years of overall experience in program/project delivery, with at least 4-5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models)
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CXO-level leadership and clients
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent platforms
