Position Overview

We are looking for a agile and business-oriented HR Executive (HRBP) who can manage HR activities while also supporting business operations, customer engagement, sales coordination, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge along with exposure to sales, marketing, customer care, and business development. The candidate must be confident in dealing with employees, patients/attendants, management, and external stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & HRBP Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the Rehab Care facility.




- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Support recruitment, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and employee performance.
- Conduct employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Monitor employee discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and other management updates.
- Act as a bridge between employees, management, and operations.

Business & Sales Support
- Understand the Rehab Care business model and support business growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with the business development and operations teams.
- Support patient/client enquiry handling and follow-up.
