Senior Manager - Business Development (DFN - South). The role focuses on developing new business opportunities for the DHL Fulfilment Network Product (DFN) and offering Omni Channel Fulfilment services to customers across India. Responsibilities
- Research, target, and open new client opportunities in the e-commerce, Omni-channel Retail, and D2C sectors.
- Identify and assess business fit of customers with DFN product offerings.
- Present product offerings and lead commercial discussions to secure business wins.
- Successfully identify, develop, and manage a customer pipeline.
- Lead presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations for target accounts.
- Build an information base of target customers, identify new market trends, and develop specific value offerings.
- Develop trust relationships with customers in a win-win atmosphere.




- Coordinate cross-business development and identify opportunities for collaboration with other Group Companies.
- Achieve set targets and promote the companys brand.
Requirements
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Fulfilment sales.
- Qualification: Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management with a focus on Fulfilment services.
- Prior experience in sales and development of Fulfilment services.
- Ability to understand and interpret industry requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with vision and ambition.
- Ability to influence senior management of customers and within the organization.
- Broad commercial acumen.
- Relationship management, cultural awareness, and empathetic style.
- Domain knowledge of the e-commerce, D2C, and Omni-channel Retail sector.
