Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to manage quality assurance and quality control activities at our RMC Plant in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, concrete production, and finished concrete meet the required quality standards, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the RMC production process.
- Conduct quality checks and testing of cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, water, and fresh concrete.
- Perform and supervise concrete tests such as slump test, cube test, temperature, workability, and other relevant tests.
- Prepare concrete mix designs and ensure compliance with approved mix designs.
- Monitor batching, mixing, and dispatch processes to ensure consistent concrete quality.
- Maintain quality records, laboratory reports, test results, and documentation.




- Coordinate with site/project teams regarding concrete quality and technical requirements.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper sampling, testing, curing, and storage of concrete cubes.
- Conduct regular checks and calibration of laboratory and testing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and third-party testing agencies whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of material approvals, test certificates, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Assist in internal quality audits and continuous improvement of plant quality processes.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the laboratory and quality control area.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
