About the Role

Ebizfiling is looking for an experienced Taxation & Accounts Qualified to take responsibility for supervision, technical review and quality control of taxation and accounting assignments handled by the team.

This is not a purely execution-focused role.

The selected candidate will review work prepared by team members, identify errors or compliance gaps, resolve technical queries, guide junior professionals and ensure that assignments are completed accurately and within statutory and client deadlines.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Income Tax, GST, TDS, accounting and finalization of accounts, with the ability to independently review and approve work before delivery or filing.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & Review
- Review ITRs prepared by team members before filing.




- Review GST Returns, TDS Returns and other statutory filings.
- Review finalization of books of accounts, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets.
- Check calculations, reconciliations, supporting documents and compliance positions for accuracy.
- Identify errors, missing information and potential compliance risks before work is submitted or filed.
- Maintain a consistent standard of quality across assignments handled by the team.

Team Supervision
- Supervise taxation and accounts assignments allocated to team members.
- Monitor pending work, statutory due dates and client deadlines.
- Review work completed by junior and mid-level team members.
- Guide team members in resolving taxation, accounting and compliance-related queries.
- Provide technical support and practical guidance wherever required.
