Finance Head

Location: Chennai
Qualification: CA Qualified
Experience: Senior finance leadership experience, preferably from the Power / Energy sector

Role Summary:
Lead the overall finance function of the organization, ensuring strong financial planning, control, reporting, compliance, taxation, treasury management, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall finance and accounting function.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS, financial reporting, and management reporting.
- Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, internal controls, and audits.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.




- Partner with senior management on financial strategy and business decisions.
- Manage relationships with auditors, lenders, investors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improving financial efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified CA with strong experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, taxation, treasury, accounting, audit, and compliance.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Solid commercial and strategic finance orientation.
