Role Description
The Manager of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for leading sales activities, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for staffing and recruitment services. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, preparing business plans, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Manager of Sales will also conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities,



and represent the company in client meetings and negotiations. The role requires consistent collaboration, reporting on sales performance, and mentoring sales team members to achieve targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience using data to inform sales decisions and performance improvement.
- Demonstrated ability in Business Planning, including forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic sales initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service skills, ensuring responsive, solution-focused support for clients and partners.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Operations, including process optimization, CRM usage, and sales reporting.
- Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services sales is highly beneficial.
