Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute field varietal trials to evaluate hybrid performance, adaptability, and yield potential
- Conduct bunch analysis and implement strategies to improve Oil Extraction Rate (OER)
- Lead productivity improvement initiatives through data-driven agronomic practices
- Develop and implement nutrition management programs to ensure optimal crop health and yield
- Analyze field data and provide actionable insights to improve plantation efficiency
- Design and deliver technical training programs for field staff to enhance operational capabilities
- Conduct farmer training and extension activities to promote best agronomic practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement R&D; findings at the field level
- Monitor industry trends, innovations, and recent technologies in oil palm cultivation
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on R&D; activities and outcomes

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture.
