About the Role

Marketocrat is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and digital design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging visual content and the ability to translate ideas and marketing objectives into compelling designs.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to design high-quality visual content across digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, presentations, banners, and other marketing assets
- Handle day-to-day graphic design requirements across ongoing projects
- Maintain consistency in visual identity and branding across deliverables
- Edit and revise creatives based on internal feedback and project requirements
- Manage assigned tasks responsibly while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and design initiatives
- Create visual content for digital marketing and communication purposes




- Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on campaign requirements
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Hands-on experience with graphic design tools such as:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color balance, and composition
- Good attention to detail and creative thinking
- Ability to manage tasks independently and work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced work environment

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with social media design trends
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools is a plus
