Position Overview
The Group CHRO will lead all human resources functions across the organization and will be a strategic business partner to the Board and C-suite. This role encompasses organizational development, talent management, compensation & perks, employee relations, recruitment, training & development, and compliance. The Group CHRO will champion a high-performance culture aligned with our values and drive organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
- Develop and execute multi-year HR strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation roadmap.
- Build organizational capability through design of optimal structures, roles, and reporting lines; manage organizational change initiatives.
- Establish HR governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures across all business units.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Drive employer branding and recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent for leadership and critical roles.
- Oversee succession planning for critical positions and develop high-potential talent pipelines.
- Implement retention strategies and drive employee engagement programs to reduce attrition.
- Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages; conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews.
