We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to join our interior design firm.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through field visits, direct client interaction, networking, referrals, and local market development. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching potential customers, building relationships, and converting leads into interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to identify potential clients and project opportunities.
- Meet homeowners, business owners, builders, architects, contractors, real-estate agents, and other potential referral partners.
- Explain the company’s interior design and execution services to prospective clients.
- Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Develop local contacts and networking opportunities to generate consistent leads.




- Coordinate with the design and project teams for client requirements and site visits.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Monitor local market activity and competitor offerings.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in the interior design, construction, real estate, building materials, or home-improvement industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with face-to-face client meetings.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, and WhatsApp.
