Brand Manager – Yauna Wellness Location: Mumbai / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Beauty, Skincare & Wellness Brand: Yauna Wellness Experience: 3–6 years preferred Reports To: Founders About Yauna Yauna Wellness is an emerging beauty and wellness brand built around the philosophy of “Natural Ingredients with Modern Science.” We aim to create effective, premium and consumer-relevant products while building a distinctive brand identity across digital and offline channels. Our skincare portfolio includes categories such as face wash, serum, moisturizers, face masks, sunscreen and body care. We are looking for a Brand Manager who can take ownership of how Yauna is positioned, presented and experienced by consumers. Role Objective The Brand Manager will be responsible for building Yauna into a recognizable, differentiated and aspirational beauty & wellness brand. This is not purely a social-media role. The Brand Manager will work closely with the founders and coordinate across creative, digital marketing, influencers, agencies, product development, packaging, website,



marketplaces and offline activations to ensure that everything communicates one consistent Yauna identity. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning - Develop and continuously strengthen Yauna's overall brand strategy. - Translate “Natural Ingredients with Modern Science” into compelling consumer communication. - Define and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity and communication guidelines. - Study Indian and international beauty/wellness brands to identify emerging trends and opportunities. - Build solid differentiation against competing skincare brands. - Ensure consistency across packaging, website, social media, advertisements, marketplaces and offline communication. 2.
