Role Description
The Quality Control Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Salcette. The role involves conducting routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
The Quality Control Executive will monitor and document quality parameters, perform calibrations of laboratory instruments, and support quality assurance activities such as preparing test reports and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes collaborating with production and R&D; teams to investigate non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement in product quality and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes within a manufacturing or chemical industry environment.
- Proficient Laboratory Skills, including handling laboratory equipment, preparing samples, and following standardized test methods.
- Competence in Calibration of instruments and maintaining calibration records in line with quality standards.
