*Key Responsibilities* Financial planning, analysis & reporting Debt, equity & mezzanine fundraising Coordination with Banks, NBFCs & Financial Institutions SME & IPO documentation, compliance & preparation Financial statements,



budgets & forecasts GST & tax compliance Internal controls & audit management Working capital & cash-flow management Financial risk assessment & mitigation Strategic financial support to senior management *Requirements*

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

2. 1–3 years relevant experience

3. Strong understanding of SME Finance & IPO processes

4. Knowledge of taxation, compliance & regulatory frameworks

5. Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills

6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
