Job Title: Marketing Executive – Marketing & Client Management

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive to handle digital marketing, lead generation, client follow-ups, and client relationship management for VR Here.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Manage leads received through website, social media, referrals and other platforms.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into clients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned internal team.
- Track client tasks, follow-ups, proposals and onboarding.
- Ensure timely updates and smooth communication between clients and the team.
- Handle Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate content, reels, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing,



Business Development, Client Management or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads or Google Ads is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Target-oriented, proactive and responsible.
- Experience in CA firms, Tax, GST, Accounting or Business Consultancy is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who can take ownership of lead generation → follow-up → client conversion → client relationship → coordination with the execution team.
