Role & responsibilities
- Lead the complete tender management process from opportunity identification to bid submission and post-award coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate tender opportunities through GeM, CPP Portal, State e-Procurement Portals, SECI, NTPC, DISCOMs, Railways, CPWD, PWD, and other procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and contractual conditions.
- Develop winning bid strategies in coordination with Sales, Projects, Engineering, Finance, Purchase, and Management.
- Manage preparation of technical bids, commercial bids, compliance documents, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely arrangement of EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees (BG/PBG), and statutory documents.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and technical/commercial negotiations.
- Oversee bid submissions and ensure compliance with all tender requirements.
- Track tender outcomes, LOIs, Purchase Orders, and contract execution.
- Maintain tender MIS, bid pipeline, win/loss analysis,



and management reports.
- Build relationships with government departments, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and key customers.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Government Procurement and e-Tendering processes.
- Expertise in GeM, CPP Portal, State e-Procurement Portals, and e-Reverse Auction.
- Sound understanding of Transformer Manufacturing, Solar EPC, Solar Water Pump Projects, Electrical Distribution, and Power Infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and commercial contracts.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
