About the Role

The Marketing Manager – Furniture (B2B Sales) will focus on driving business development and institutional sales for our furniture manufacturing and project division. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, promoting the company’s furniture products and solutions, and achieving sales targets in the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities in corporate offices, IT companies, educational institutions, healthcare, hospitality, co-working spaces, builders, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, industry events, digital platforms, and references.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, tenders, and project cost estimates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams for brochures, catalogs, presentations, social media promotions, and exhibition materials.
- Participate in trade shows, furniture expos, architect meets, and dealer/distributor events.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, procurement teams, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and coordination with internal departments such as production, planning, logistics, and installation teams.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and collections in CRM or reporting systems.
